Really warm welcome from the staff.
Great breakfast - fresh, varied and kept replenished.
Excellent central location.
Comfy, good-sized rooms with comfy chairs as well as beds and tea/coffee making facilities.
Really lovely hotel - would definitely return and would recommend.
There was quite a lot of noise from outside late in the evening/ early in the morning, but that was completely beyond the hotel's control!

The location was great and the hotel was clean
The AC unit in our room did not blow out cold air. We reported this to the front desk and they had no solution other than to say someone would look at it. If they did, they didn’t fix anything. Our room was easily 30C/85F.
