Grandiose Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, mitten im Zentrum von Wien. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht. Einige der Zimmern verfügen über runde Fenster mit eingearbeiteten Fensterbänken: ein unvergessliches Highlight. Im Salon im Keller konnte man ab der Mittagszeit Cafe, Tee, alkoholfreie sowie alkoholische Getränke, Snacks gratis konsumieren. Im Sommer gibt es auf dem Hotel Lamarr eine Rooftopbar, die grandios sein soll.

Mir war aus dem Text bei Booking nicht gleich klar, dass das Hotel auf 2 Gebäude mit unterschiedlichen Stilen aufgeteilt ist. (Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Topazz) Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sehr hochwertig und detailverliebt eingerichtet.

Until my last trip this was my favorite hotel in Vienna, huge beds, spacious rooms, everything clean. I always liked to stay in this hotel.

I am very disappointed, I forgot my makeup bag in the hotel room . I came back days later to find out about my makeup bag they can't find . I booked on my birthday. The hotel is not safe in the matter of losing something , or forgetting something in the hotel . The hotel is not safe when it comes to losing something or forgetting something in the hotel. And the care that the receptionists have to answer is 0.

Superb

Location is perfect, couldn't be more central, easy to reach directly by train from the airport. Right next to St. Stephan Cathedral, a beautiful neighbourhood where you can walk to everything.

Its nearly a steps for everything. Have a nice breakfast, lot of food around, and the area is calm, not noisy. Love my view in the stay and the top floor bar.

Lovely design hotel in the city centre

The hotel Topazz is not a 5-star hotel, but the facilities are close to match this. The hotel has very special windows design which we very much liked. We had a room at the top floor, which was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and you can easily walk to all important sights. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The utensils are of high quality. We recommend staying in this hotel.

Although the room and the windows are very special and it's also very nice to sip champagne while observing the crowds on the street, you're also being observes by the folks on the roof-top bar and offices just opposite the hotel (or even from the street). So if you want a little privacy the curtains need to remain shut, which is a shame for such a unique design. The furniture is becoming a little weary. The TV is not a smart-tv, so you can't connect your phone to it to stream media. There is no valet parking.

one of the washroom walls was all glass and pointing to an outside window, so the curtains needed to be closed before using the washroom

A well located and comfortable hotel in a quiet area of the city centre.
