The location was awesome. The coffee machine in the room. The bathroom was great, super clean. The size of the room was great, the bed was perfect and the pillows heavenly. It has a nice rooftop.
The elevator is commonly used with the rooftop which makes it a bit complicated to get to the room during peak working hours of the rooftop, and could use some cleaning and AC/ventilation.

Very clean and the rooms are so big and well designed. The staff in breakfast is very witty and energetic.
It's very noisy due to its central location, the breakfast variety is weak for a 5-star hotel, using the elevator in the Lamee building is problematic because of the rooftop bar, there's constant circulation in the elevator and there's only one elevator.

Beautifully decorated & fantastic location! Staff really nice too. Rooftop bar in their other property across the road is stunning. The concierge booked us in there when we arrived.
Our room was so hot. We mentioned it to reception and they checked and said the air conditioning wouldn’t work because we had our window open… next night we made sure the window was closed properly but the air conditioning only made a noise but nothing was coming out. We could only turn the room temp down to 19 degrees. Would have also liked a streaming service on our TV.

The location is excellent. Close to the most important tourist attractions of Vienna.
The breakfast is terrible! The hotel is not clean enough. I am still shocked how is it a 5 star hotel!! The Ac doesn’t work !!
