Sehr gute Apartments in Top-Lage

Lage super, man ist sehr schnell am Stephansdom. Haus gepflegt, wurde gerade auch noch frisch gestrichen innen, alle sehr hilfsbereit und nett, es wird sich um alles gekümmert. Ausstattung top, das Bett war auch gut (nur eine Decke, aber man hätte sicher auch eine zweite haben können)

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen, weil kein schlafen möglich war.

Die Lage….

Extrem laut. Direkte Einfahrtsstraße zur Innenstadt. Schlafen bis 3.00 Uhr und ab 6.00 Uhr bei extremem Autolärm nicht möglich. Die Fenster waren noch im Original bei einem an sich schönen alten Gebäude. Aber keinerlei Schalldämmung.

Excellent Location and Facility.

The room was spacious and Toilet shower was excellent and strong.

The receptionist was not always available and specially at night and sometimes during working hours.

Perfect 3 night break to see the Christmas market and attend a concert (you must book early).

As advised, we took the local bus from the airport to the hotel. It was 8 euros each for the 30 mins trip. We got off when the bus terminated and it was a 5 min walk to the accommodation.

We loved it all.

Exceptional quality in a central location. Staff were extremely helpful especially considering we had to change our plans last minute and the team accommodated us.

Honestly there wasn’t anything we did not like.

very good serviced apartments in great location

lovely and professional staff, perfect location, apartment is well appointed and furnished, good quality bed and linen.

there is very little to dislike. The steps to the lift is the only thing I can think of - for us we had to carry our pram, but really not a problem.

Great inner city hotel stay!

Excellent location, room size was great and a relatively quiet location even though being in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and assisted where possible. The facilities in the room were excellent, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfectly set, came during night self check in was very easy and convenient, apartment is generously huge, well equipped in a fine elegant style, beverage was complimentary, not a single negative comment.

Disappointing

Overall the apartment is spacious and clean. Location near to train station.

Unfortunately the room sound proof is very poor. We stayed 3 nights only. Every night the neighbours doing their business. We (my son and I) can hear them loud and clear! Very upsetting and troubling us to fall asleep.

Disappointed that we missed a free upgrade

Good Central position and very attentive reception staff.

We booked as a group, and our friends were upgraded to a one bed apartment, while we remained in a studio apartment despite booking at the same time and for the same price.

Very poor

Spacious, next to supermarket, and 5mins from centre

On 19th, we slept without door locked because it was broken. The concierge said the hotel was safe enough to sleep without the door locked. The next morning they fixed it and we believed it would be safe from theft and other risks. The housekeepers cleaned the room once during our stay, on the 21st. A black pouch that had over 3,000 euros was gone. We brought the pouch only on the days of purchasing luxuries during our trip. In Vienne, we used it at Chanel on 20th and put it with several pouches side by side on the desk under the TV, but ONLY the cash pouch was gone. When I checked in, there was milk from other people in the refrigerator and the dishes were not washed properly. I told the concierge the next day about the dishes, and the lady just answered “Good to know”. Visible bedding, etc. were arranged, but the room was dusty too. Also, it was questionable and inconvenient that the card key did not work repeatedly during our stay. We had to wait outside the building several times. I searched for similar cases on the Internet, but I saw the majority of opinions that the local police were not very helpful for tourists, and we were well aware that cash is difficult to trace. We knew what we could see through CCTV is limited to the outside of the room, and housekeepers can stay in the room for a long time with the excuse of cleaning. We thought it was a waste of time because CCTV cannot detect anything happened inside the room. I also studied abroad, and it was my first time I've got something stolen from inside a hotel while traveling abroad for over 20 years, so I was very confused. I barely leave reviews whether I like it or not, and if there are any inconveniences, I tend to pass them on. The hotel said they are liable for the money in the safe (upto 5000€) so please use it and be careful. Please check if the door is locked properly and be careful for all your belongings.
