Excellent location for exploring Vienna. Everything was within a walking distance but brilliant public transport available close by. Staff were very helpful. Offer a pick up service from the airport which is cheaper than taking a taxi.
Very comfortable room with all necessary amenities.
Great continental breakfast

Room & bathroom size were big and comfortable.
If going back, we would use the same hotel.
The very distinct smell as one enters the hotel.
It was nauseating, maybe carpet cleaning shampoo?
The corridor that leads to the hotel lift was very dirty it gives a bad impression.

Breakfast was OK, only eggs for hot food,
The bed was comfortable, but base bigger easy to hit toes which I did.
The room was very grubby, shower so small you couldn't turn in it, sink stopper broke, never replaced,
Toilet in another room very small also your knees hit the wall when using it. Dirty walls, paint coming off walls,doors.
