The location is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is super clean, both the rooms and the common areas. The bed was comfortable and loved the Ritual products in the bathroom. Pleased to find a complementary bottle of water, tea-making facilities, and a well stocked mini fridge.
The pillows were too soft and flat for me and, being an old building, the rooms are not exactly soundproof.

Location couldn't be better! Rooms large and comfortable, with a balcony on Graben. Metro a few steps away but it's so central you can walk all around Vienna
Being on such a central street, at night it was a bit noisy and early morning you can hear activity to clean up the street

Breakfast was OK, only eggs for hot food,
The bed was comfortable, but base bigger easy to hit toes which I did.
The room was very grubby, shower so small you couldn't turn in it, sink stopper broke, never replaced,
Toilet in another room very small also your knees hit the wall when using it. Dirty walls, paint coming off walls, doors.
