Outstanding in every respect. Stayed for 6 nights., Mum & Dad and two adult children. Arrived and met with a smile, shown to our two apartments and given lots of useful information for the week ahead. Apartments were spotlessly clean and with a great set of facilities - TV, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. The location was perfect - opposite St Stephen's cathedral and St Stepansplatz. Free tea and coffee and top ups when required. Efficient and quiet air conditioning which was a god-send given the temperatures (40C one day and 32-36 the rest). Able to accommodate a later check-out on one of our rooms which was very useful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend.
