Spacious rooms and location
Breakfast - names were not in English. Needed to ask the staff all the time because I am allergic to some meat. Bread were hard and not fresh .

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Your receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Compliments to all of them!
Elevator not working on last day of our stay. But it was still OK. We had help with our baggage carrying them downstairs.

The hotel is in a fantastic location – right in the heart of the city centre, yet still very quiet. Having onsite parking was a big plus (though not free), and the reception staff were very nice and helpful, even arranging the parking for us.
The rooms are spacious and Wi-Fi worked well. However, the feel of the rooms was more dormitory-like than hotel standard – quite basic in terms of setup.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a downside during our stay. The bathroom had stained tiles and cobwebs, towels were stained, and when we took an extra duvet from the wardrobe, it had some bugs on it. The floors also could have been cleaner.
Overall, the location and staff were excellent, but the standard of cleanliness needs improvement before this hotel can really match its potential.
