The room was more than adequate albeit there were a couple of maintenance issues.
We did not take breakfast
The location was just what we wanted - 10 mins walk to the centre of town but in a quiet location.
The garage parking was a bit expensive but a must.
The pillows were unsupportive

Location as it is close to the centre of Vienna. Literally 7 minutes walk.
A very small room for three people. In fact, a tiny room. Small bathroom. Couldn't open the door fully without hitting the toilet. Lack of any unit to put our suitcase when needed to be used. We had to use it from the floor. What was very strange is that the light in the lounge is only provided by the side bed, not on the ceiling. One of the lights by the bed was hanging freely on the wire only. No bar or any food service after breakfast. Not even a snack type thing (like a french fries or sandwich). I have stayed in Mercure hotels before and this one was the first without any additional facilities. I paid almost £500 for three nights with breakfast and I must admit that the breakfast was very good. I understand that the location is a key as we were 7 minutes away from the centre of Vienna but the hotel could provide a slightly better facility.
