Beautiful Decor, great location, good breakfast
Very low hot water flow, difficult to take a shower. Heavy keys you cannot take with, pickup of the keys from the reception with no questions asked (could easily pickup any key)

The service could not be better! They were extremely helpful as we had a few questions about the area and travel.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful including Homemade items.
The location was good, but I would have preferred to be in Vienna City Center. We were always walking a bit to get to the city center area. But, I felt safe.
The rooms are very comfortable/nicely decorated.
