Locations is great, the room is really cute and comfortable, wonderful hotel amenities, the smell is lovely. We love everything in the hotel, including the lady in the night shift was very kind and patience with us during the check in process.
Hotel staffs don’t seem to be professional while the property seems to be luxury and marked at 4 stars?
Firstly, Since there was a day we didn’t asked to clean our room, I went down in the morning to ask for just 2 bottles of waters. She gave me one bottle 750 ml, and she mentioned that Vienna tap water is drinkable (no problem, thank you, I acknowledged). However, just to give what the customer asked for, should not be a big deal, no conversation needed. Just 2 bottles of water that should be provided when the room was not made.
The conversations by her made a lot with “No, & But” in the sentence, doesn’t seem positive and willing to help. Feeling more resistant and rejection.
Secondly, we checked out and we got a key for refreshment room, we thought we can go when we want. So we were waiting in the hotel lounge almost all the time. In a while, the same lady staff came to asked when we will use the room. (She mentioned we have only 45 mins to use the room, and we need to let her know before we use it) At the end, we used for just 10 mins.
We don’t like it, since the timing info was not provided before, and we felt we got checked by her if we would do something strange in that refreshment room.
Third, while we were waiting our taxi in the lounge. There was a friendly man staff, asked if we are ok, if we need some water. We said well, maybe just a still water. At the end, we didn’t get anything. This is okay, just a water, we can buy, not a big deal at all. However, the comment is that. If you cannot provide, please do not offer. It’s better just to greets and go. This made you guys look really unprofessional.

Small hotel with friendly staff. Room was lovely. Breakfast healthy & varied. Ten minute walk from St Stephensplatz.
No English Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey.

The location was good, value for money
One of the reception team (a man) was rude and abrupt. Shouldn’t be dealing with customers! Noisy inside and out
