Review of Le Méridien Hotel Stay: In summary, Le Méridien is a stylish and conveniently located hotel offering a modern

Le Méridien impressed me with its sleek, modern design that perfectly complemented its urban surroundings. Situated conveniently close to all the major attractions, its location was ideal for exploring the city. The efficiency of the check-in process and overall experience mirrored what one would expect from a reputable chain hotel, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.

While the efficiency was commendable, I found that the hotel lacked the personal touch and warmth often associated with boutique establishments. This was noticeable in interactions with staff, where the friendliness seemed somewhat diminished. Additionally, despite requesting housekeeping for a missing towel, there was no follow-up, indicating a slight lapse in service. Furthermore, the misalignment of the shower door resulted in water leaking into the bathroom, detracting from an otherwise clean and comfortable room.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir lokasyonda yürüyerek heryere ulasabiliyorsunuz önünden tramvayda var , hem merkezi hemde ana turistlik lokasyonda bulunan kalabalık yok , outlete gitmek isterseniz otobusleri 2 dk mesafeden kalkıyor , kahvaltısı çok iyiydi , otel temizdi , uçağımız geç kalktıgı icin valizleri otelde rahatca bırakabildik emanet alana , uber hizmeti de cok hızlı

Odalarda diş macunu gibi kitleri isteyerek alabiliyorsunuz odaya koymuyorlar , mini bar boş , günlük 1 su bırakıyorlar odaya , havlularda çok ince , Türkiye deki standart 5 yıldız konforundan uzak:)

Great location and room, can’t really fault this hotel.

Location. Do not look twice, just book this hotel! You will be walking distance from the museum quarter, opera house, Hofburg Palace, and sooo much more.

My only concern was the very weak air conditioning in the room. I experienced the same elsewhere in Europe but for a 5-star hotel and at the price you pay, I expected the air con to be strong enough to cool the room especially at night.

Perfect stay in the heart of Vienna

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite el Méridien hotel in Vienna, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism, dedication, and politeness of the management and staff were truly commendable. We were graciously upgraded to an executive room, which was not only spacious but also exuded a sense of comfort and classiness that enhanced our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the luxurious amenities to the impeccable service, was truly remarkable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at el Méridien for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - in der Nähe zur Hofburg, zur Oper und zum Naschmarkt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. So bemerkten sie, dass ich am Ankunftstag Geburtstag hatte und ich erhielt eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung - super schön angerichtet - auf das Zimmer gestellt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist perfekt organisiert.

חוויה נהדרת. נשמח לחזור לשם.

מיקום מעולה, כ10 דקות הליכה מלב העיר העתיקה. חדרים וחדר מקלחון גדולים ומרווחים, נקיים, עם אספקה יומית של בקבוק מים לחדר. המיטות מאוד נוחות ארוחת בוקר עשירה (בופה) עם מגוון של אוכל צמחוני וגם אופציות טבעוניות.

הכריות יותר מידי רכות. התבקשנו לבחור מראש בין הזמנה של ארוחות בוקר לכל השהות שלנו (כלומר הזמנה של 3 מנות במחיר של 29 יורו לארוחה לבן אדם) לבין הזמנה של ארוחה בודדת במחיר של 36 יורו. כלומר לא הייתה גמישות לנסות לראות פעם אחת ולפי זה להחליט אם להוסיף עוד.

La ubicación es magnífica con cafeterias cercanas y comercios. Estás en el centro sin los inconvenientes de estar en el centro, y si has de ir a la ópera, ni lo dudes. Todo fantástico.

Great!

Location and staff are amazing.

Every hotel floor has additional stairs up & down and we had stroller so bit of dificult bringing it every day few times up and down.

Great hotel to explore Vienna, especially for Christmas markets

Great staff, location is superb and great value for money. Strongly advise this hotel for any visit especially for Christmas markets. Great bar as well for relaxing and staff extremely helpful in all parts of hotel

Top Lage im Herzen von Wien!

Die Lage ist top, das Hotel schön eingerichtet.

Die Glastüre in das Badezimmer bzw Toilette schließt nicht zu 100% und daher sind diverse persönliche "Erledigungen" für den Partner nicht ganz so angenehm.... Wir haben ein Late Checkout bis 15Uhr bei der Ankunft hinterlegen lassen und haben dabei auch dem Aufpreis zugestimmt. Dennoch hat um 13Uhr jemand an der Tür geläutet und verwundert gefragt, warum wir noch im Zimmer sind um um 14Uhr wurden wir angerufen.... wenn wir ein Late Checkout reservieren, dann möchten wir auch bis dahin unsere Ruhe!

Schönes Hotel in Bester Lage, freundliches Personal,

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles großes Zimmer in super Lage. Sehr bequemes Bett und ebenfalls geräumiges Badezimmer. Süßigkeiten am Zimmer finde ich auch sehr nett. Essen im Restaurant ebenfalls hervorragend.

die Flüssigseife war leer, allerdings war ein Stück Seife vorhanden. Das Waschbecken im WC hat nicht sauber gewirkt war jedoch sicher Kalk das wirkt dann jedoch gleich ungeputzt. Im Spa gibt es sehr wenige Liegen und sie und auch sehr unbequem.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage!

Sehr gute Lage. Kurze Wege zu allen Attraktionen in der Innenstadt. Moderne, geräumige Zimmer. Sehr schönes Frühstückscafé.

Das Personal in der Bar, im Restaurant und im Café ist sehr teilweise noch sehr jung und deren Service passte nicht zum Niveau des Hauses.

Wir werden das nächste Mal vermutlich wieder dort hingehen aber ein größeres Zimmer nehmen oder die Matratzen testen. So

Lage war top und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Bar war ganz hervorragend, auch wenn wir sie nur wenig genutzt haben wegen anderer Veranstaltungen und Termine.

Das Bett war verhältnismäßig schmal und die Matratze sehr weich, was uns so gar nicht zusagte. Die Zudecke zuerst zu dick und dann nur ein Überwurf. Das war nicht optimal.

Poorly trained staff.

Good location

Staff poorly trained and just felt like no one was in charge. A bottle smashed on the floor as we were checking in and staff did not even react. An elderly man proceeded to walk and pull his suitcase through the glass and still no one moved to ask people to be careful or clean it up. We were in the restaurant for NYE and the staff did not do a countdown, there was absolutely nothing to indicate it was NYE until it seemed like the manager realized they had forgotten it was midnight and quickly turned on some music. People were really annoyed. Total anticlimax. No atmosphere. Also at 11:55pm a staff member came over to all the tables with a scroll wrapped in a bow to show us the champagne options but didn’t come back to take our order (again it felt like they had just forgotten to do it earlier). In reception it’s possible to get a coffee from a machine for €5.50 which just seems extortionate. On the plus side / I forgot my engagement ring in my room one day and the staff were very helpful and put it in the safe for me. As a Marriot Bonboy member I would expect someone to at least mention that fact at some point during my stay, but honestly it felt like I had booked on Booking.com and therefore was kind of treated less than if I had booked directly. Overall the problem is with staff training in my view. A poor show for what should be a gem in Vienna city center.

Chic, confort, élégance.

L’emplacement, l’épaisseur des oreillers ultra moelleux, le matelas, les petites attentions (bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre, petits gâteaux de bienvenue, chocolats pour le nouvel an), la gentillesse du personnel.

Petit bémol (mais c’est juste un petit détail) : le niveau des bouteilles de savon n’est pas systématiquement vérifié, il n’y avait plus de gel douche et la bouteille n’a pas été remplie.

The hotel is at a prime location heavy in various arts and shops.

YOU restaurant. Very near to opera halls, shops and restaurants.

Breakfast cold food could be better displayed. Specifically the salmon, salami,ham and tuna that are displayed bulkily.
