Staff and location
Small things. Door was difficult to open and close. Drain in bathroom sink was very slow.

The location was very good and the room was spacious and comfortable. The wardrobe and bathroom areas were also very good. Overall, the value for money was reasonable.
Unfortunately, the service from reception was quite poor. Our room was not cleaned on the first day. The following morning, we specifically informed reception that we would be leaving at 9 a.m. and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we returned at 4:30 p.m., it still had not been done, and we were told it would be cleaned at 5:30 p.m. After spending the whole day sightseeing, we had to leave the room again so it could finally be cleaned. The same thing happened the following day: when we returned, the room had still not been serviced. Only on our last day was the room cleaned without any issues. We do not blame the housekeeping staff, as they were clearly following instructions and schedules, but the organisation and attitude at reception were disappointing.

Habitació còmoda i bonica. Llit molt còmode. Bany nou.
Com que és nou hi ha alguns acabats que falta polir. La mampara de la dutxa és petita i es mulla tot el bany.

1. Location is good
2. Complimentary coffee, tea and sparkling water.
1. Asked for two keys - nope. Not allowed. BS for 4 star hotel
2. The room was claustrophobically small with bad odors. Old window mechaisms you can barely open. Pictures don't give customers a real idea/ perception of the room size.
3. Doors don't have a security latch - not acceptable for 4 star hotel.
4. TV placed the way it's impossible to watch. Poor designs decision.
