It was in a quite location and walking distance for sight seeing
The view out of the hotel looking at gravity on an industrial building is very off putting. The bedroom was a lot smaller than I expected and some issue at check in

Gyorgy(George) on reception was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He helped make our stay so pleasant. The location of our hotel was great for the museum quarter, city hall, parliament building etc. Breakdast chouces were great.
Bar area could be larger - we understand this will be expanded in the coming months - but it didn't spoil anything for us. Only thing missing for me was decaf tea, which is a personal pref, but a miniscule gripe.

Good location, easy walking to St Stephans. Small but comfortable room, breakfast was excellent. The small bar and lounge area were much appreciated. All members of staff were extremly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here when visiting Vienna again.
