The location near Belvedere was perfect. Room was very spacious and clean.
The parking garage being in the adjacent building is not perfect, but parking spaces were rather large and everything was well marked, so it was ok.

Excellent hotel in the center of Vienna, there is nothing better than being away from the hustle and bustle of the city but being close to the center. This is an amazing hotel, offering proximity to public transportation, underground car parking, walking distance to everywhere and especially comfort, cleanliness and a bakery on the entrance floor. Comfortable, cozy, homely, clean, amazing staff and especially good value for money.
I couldn't find anything negative about this hotel.

Bright rooms, a short walk to the train station
Very noisy rooms, with the ring road right next door and poor sound insulation. The overall design felt more like an unfinished youth hostel than a proper hotel. The sink was located in the room right next to the bed, with carpet underneath, which made it feel unhygienic and impossible to clean the area properly.
