When arriving from the airport into the city, the hotel is within walking distance of the station, making it practically effortless to roll your luggage. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and even included a small kitchen and dining area, along with complete home appliances. The overall environment was clean and comfortable. Although some tourist attractions require taking transport, the transit stops are all within walking distance. Located in a newly developed area, the neighborhood is safe and modern. It is a great option if you need a short-term stay in Vienna.

Great location and the area is safe & clean to walk around at night considering how close it is to a major transportation hub
Unfortunately, the back door lock in our original room was broken when we arrived. As the property was fully booked, we were moved to a much smaller studio. We were not informed beforehand that the replacement room would be significantly smaller, and we had assumed it would be of a similar size to the one we originally booked.
As a result, we found the space quite limited and not consistent with the photos and expectations created by our original reservation. Another surprise was the late check-out policy, which charges €20 for an extra hour. While this may be common locally, it is not something we have encountered often.
Had the lock in the original room not been broken, our stay likely would have been perfectly fine. However, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that communication and customer service could have been better. Consequently, we did not leave with particularly fond memories of our stay.
That said, to be fair, most of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The issue seemed to be more with inconsistent communication rather than the staff as a whole.
