Location was great. Everything around within walking distance.
The staff were very responsive and helpful.
There was coffee and tea almost all time.
We even asked for early breakfast since we were travelling and they arranged it.
The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was nice, prompt and fresh. The Location close to the port is great, and the room was spacious. Good AC. the room was quiet and had a nice balcony.
The pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly, really we enjoyed staying and the location is near from so many touristic/historical places.
The over all journy was excellent.
More than above I am really falled in love with Istanbul.
The room is small, but we were stay the whol day outside.
But it need to be more bigger also the cuboard was very small for 2 planned to stay 8 nights.

The location is excellent, and the room was nice.
The room was way too noisy. The street noise kept us awake at night, which was a huge issue.
