Friendly Staff
Amazing location very central
The rooms and bathroom is very small especially the shower is very small.
It was very hard to get into it and I'm not a very big person
We booked a 2 twin rooms they did not have available at the time they then made plan for one of the rooms and the day after we had both twin rooms

I liked the customer care from the staff namely Ozgur, Mert and Menal. All were helpful and supportive when we needed any thing
The door to the shower a little hard to close when already inside

It was in a good location
Rooms were very small, no where to sit to put make up on or do hair, not enough storage for clothes, when we arrived the toilet was broken so we had to move room, it said it had a bar but it wasn't open whilst we were there, I've sent two emails since I've got home for an invoice but not received one
