Location close to where cruise boats leave from. We stayed in a deluxe king room that overlooked the dragon bridge and the Han river - 25th floor. We also had a balcony and could sit on the deck chairs enjoying the view - day and night. Breakfast was excellent - many choices of western, Indian and Asian (Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese etc). Infinity pool and best gym we have seen in all of Vietnam.
The property is excellent and staff are friendly. At the other hotels in a similar price range, we had welcome drink and fruit - this was missing here. We appreciated the small cheesecake in our room for our anniversary and the rose petals decoration on our bed.

Excellent variety and selection at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff who remembered the little things such as allergies without being reminded
The coffee, not good, bitter.
