A really lovely Hotel

The property is very impressive. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was lovely and it has a great view. A very comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean and had lovely ritual products the bathroom. The breakfast selection was excellent. I would love to return to the hotel in the future.

The best hotel in Da Nang.

The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, until we left. The room was fantastic and the breakfast was incredible. We only had 3 nights there but we really didn't have to go far . The food was fantastic and the location couldn't have been better. Thanks Melia vinpearl danang for making our trip the best

Great stay with exceptional customer service.

Great location next to the Han river with great views of the Dragon bridge. The customer service was also excellent with staff taking extra effort to help organise transport and other activities for us.

The Hotel is great and the greatest staff ever, but restaurant on 3rd floor might be better.

The staff in incredible. It was my birthday the day after my arrival and they upgraded my room, I had a birthday cake sent to my room and the night before I left Thoa brought me a great cookies and tea, and the cleaning staff had a gift for me. When I first walked across the river one of the girls (I know she lives in Canada, but I don't remember her name) walked with me to the bridge to make sure I was on the right side of the bridge. The staff is the best staff I have ever met in a hotel.

The restaurants. I tried to book a table on the 37th floor, but it was fully booked and I was escorted to the bar where I could have table on a bar chair facing the window-I said No thanks as I am travelling alone and I want to see other people. I finally booked a table on 3rd floor, and I was the only client in the restaurant most of the time. I tried to order Gin and tonic, but the waiters (they were 7 there) did not know what I was ordering and I tried for 15 minutes to explain to them this famous drink, bot no they did not understand. I finally had very bad hamburger and sparkling water.

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf die Grand Zimmer erhalten, die eine Küchenzeile und einen Wohnbereich haben. Das große Bett war sehr bequem mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns bei der Organisation eines Ausfluges zu den Ba Na Hills sehr geholfen. Das Frühstücksbüffet mit viel Auswahl ist gut und beginnt schon um 6 Uhr morgens. Pool fand ich ebenfalls gut. Man kann gut Bahnen schwimmen. Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar hat uns freundlicherweise an Happy Hour erinnert. Preise sind angemessen.

MiniBar war täglich nur mit 2 Flaschen Wasser gefüllt. Ich fand es schade, dass es keine anderen Getränke gab, für die man hätte bezahlen können. Meines Erachtens für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht passend. Außerdem gab es auf dem Zimmer keine Wäscheleine oder Ähnliches zum Aufhängen von z.B. nassen Badesachen.

It’s as good as any other Vinpearl

Everything you’d expect out of a Vinpearl, nice, luxurious and extremely grand. Very few flaws I could actually list.

This is me nitpicking The paintwork of the walls in my room was quite visibly flawed around electrical outlets. I don’t know if this was just my room.

Mesmerising view

One of the best location Da Nang, fabulous views from panoramic river view rooms. Certainly would like to come back at sometime.

One issues happened repetitively, room cleaning staff entered room without any notice, specifically in kids room. Service is tad bit slow but expected given the size of place.

Convenient stay in the center of Danang

Convenient location, near mall, highly recommend the spa, located on the property. Easy to communicate in English, clean, accurate hotel with convenient location .

The day i stayed hotel was quite busy, so only minus was waiting in-room dining a bit longer than usual. But the meal was decent .

i had booked 5 rooms for one night and no one had enjoyed there stay. i would not come back. I have stayed in many diffe

clean room and bathroom. friendly staff. room has a nice view of the river. nice indoor pool with rentable floaties.

does not come with complimentary breakfast buffet. the stay was not cheap. outdoor riverfront pool was closed for construction (one of the main reason I had booked this place to stay with family and kids). bed was not comfortable.

The rooms were comfy and clean. The views were awesome. The pool and facilities were good. Massages were really great!

The room was a bit more dated than the photos. The staff don't speak great English which makes it a little challenging. They did try to overcharge us for our car transfer, and only give you one bottles of water a day which makes it hard to brush teeth and have water for night. The location isn't great either. The other side of the River is much nicer. It's a short walk but a hassle.
