The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and located in a quiet and charming area that’s perfect for relaxation.
The room was very warm and there was no air conditioning. You can’t open the windows or the balcony door because there are no screens, and flying insects and spiders come inside. Also, the owner was not very welcoming — he asked us to pay again even though we had already paid online. Only after showing him the payment and checking his system did he confirm it. This should have been verified before asking us to pay again. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety.
Additionally, there was no kettle, coffee, or tea provided in the room — which is quite surprising for a 4-star hotel.
