This was far by one of the better hotels I stayed at in Europe. The beds were super comfortable and clean, great location, and all of the staff were exceptionally helpful. I was scammed in the main part of the city and the team were quickly accessible by WhatsApp and late at night to help me lodge a police report, they even called ahead for me. The staff were excellent. If I return to Istanbul I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was great. Location was good as well.
There were not lift facility and not elderly and child friendly. Very narrow stairway to the rooms.
