Room was good, bed was comfortable, found it a bit hot at times, the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Breakfast was amazing. So fresh every morning and I like that it opened at 0730, because most hotels I checked started at 8. Our only issue was the wi-fi. Very inconsistent and frequently signed me out without me realizing and I ended up using a lot of my e-sim data. Overall, would recommend. Location was also great and central to everything.

My room was beautiful and spotless.
The location couldn’t be better. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby.
I stayed there for 2 nights and was able to relax and rest.
Front desk staff were professional and polite.
But unfortunately my check in process took oddly long. In other hotels it takes 5 minutes or less, but here it took more than 10 minutes.

Staff was very helpful and attentive, from the front desk to the dining staff. Nazani made sure that our meals were taken cared of. The only complaint I have that our room on the ground floor took longer to cool down as the AC did not seem that powerful.
Outside the hotel, we did have a communication breakdown between hotels.com and the pickup service. Hotels.com will need to improve their communication services to ensure messages between parties are sent correctly and timely.
