- cleaning staff was amazingly friendly
- price is superb for the area. We did choose it for the price as the entire area is extremely expensive
- very calm location. The atmosphere is great
- there was fridge in our room which was nice
- they had an area with clothes rack. That's great.
- no information upon arrival in regards to breakfast time, WLAN or anything else. Just paid and that's it. We had to ask.
- we had room 4 which is a tiny room that is not sufficiently big. Moreover it's a comparatively small room in regards to others. We saw three other rooms in the hallway that were bigger. We had to walk above our suitcases as they were open. That's how small it is.
- the smell of the toilet / bathroom / shower sink was terrible. We woke up during the night due to this horrendous smell. We asked for another room. The owner told us that this was already known to him. However he still rents out this room. He tried to enhance the smell by using several cleaning utilities that worked a bit, but still it's really not adequate to rent out this room. Specifically because this problem is known to him, renting this out is not acceptable. Although we complained in a calm and nice manner we did not receive any form of small gesture or reimbursement. Again a gesture would have made a whole world of a difference. As there was no other room available we were not able to change.
- breakfast: really tiny breakfast but ok
- location of this venue is hard to reach. It's a very steep road in which we had to drive with first gear to reach it. The location is in the mountains. Specifically with a small car.
- there is no real view from the place although it is in a location that is on high ground
