Good value for money

The apartment was quite big with a beautiful view over the city. We also had access to the roof area which offers a beautiful viewpoint; it's worth checking out. Staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived before check-in started and because the room was not ready yet we were able to leave the luggages there and they gave us a call when we could come back and do the check-in. There's also a supermarket downstairs which makes the stay a bit easier, and the location of the accommodation is quite close the center.

There was a bit of closed air/'old' smell in the room.

Exceptional

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Lovely city. Roof view and area was brilliant. Clean throughout. Huge rooms, huge bed, very comfortable. Everything you could need facilitiy wise. Would definitely come back.

Room was very big and clean. location is quiet good. price is good for this kind of room

Beds are very hard and unconfortable. Only very small pillows, we could not get sleep. booking says that every premium apartment should include parking place but owner said that it is only if there is any.. So we couldnt get parking place. We booked rooftop apartment with seaview but they just gave us 2 floor normal room, I asked about it and she only said that they had to make adjustments..

Comfortable, spacious for a good price, WiFi instable

The apartment was clean, big and quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

We would have preferred a little more choice in cutlery in the kitchen and a double bed not two singles shoved against each other. The WiFi was very unstable.

Facility has to be improved

The window view is wonderful, the quality of the bed is good!

The apartment is located in the heavy traffic street, so not quite enough. The toilet smells from the pipe sometimes. But it's not nice to keep the window open (noise from the street). Heating system is in the open kitchen, it has heating noises! One important point is the plastic frame/door of the washing machine is really, really dirty, this obselutely needs to be noticed and improved for the guests in the future!!! The clothes drying rack has gotten rosty.

Wonderful view in a very quiet area.

The place is very nice and comfortable. The view was great. We had two balconies. It was very close to a park and a supermarket. There is a bus stop just one block away.

You need to know that the reception is until 8pm. We were afraid to arrive later and they told us to send the credit card data by message. I didn't like that. As well if you have no phone it is not possible to get inside the property the first time. We were lucky that another guest open the door at the same time we arrived. They should provide instructions of how to go inside the property.

Internet in the place was terrible. The whole wireless system is just not good. TV experience + wifi. I would recommend deeper cleaning of the rooms. Kitchen was missing essential stuff that we had to supply and left after us.

Loved my stay here. Definitely recommend and would visit again. Great big rooms. Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. The location is really good. Right next to a big park. You get nice views from the rooms and the public transportation is super close. Buses go from in front of the house and tram is like 5 min away. Also a lot of food shops in walking distance. And Spar (mini supermarket)right downstairs, super convenient to get your water etc essentials.

The spaciousness of the apartment, along with the helpful staff, were appreciated.

Reception was very helpful. The view and spaciousness of the apartment was lovely.

There were only a few basic supplies for cooking, with very large pots, only one outlet in the kitchen, no basic condiments (eg. salt and pepper, oil, starter coffee/tea, no starter mineral water, etc.)

The location was great. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was great.

It wasn't as clean as I expected. There was an 'old' type of smell. We did not feel comfortable using the the closets and the kitchen utensils because it did not feel that the apartment was properly cleaned.

Nice stay

Location was very good. We had 2 bedrooms which were perfect. The living room with a kitchen were also very cosy. We enjoyed being at the top of the building at the terrace with a wonderful view of the city and mountains

We wanted to do the washing and we moved the washing machine a bit. Dirt was everywhere unfortunately

Spacious apartment and walking distance from the old center. Easy to park nearby.

The apartment has a smell from mould in the kitchen as if it has not been used for a while. Old equipment that functions but could be better maintained.

I got a veey nice room with superb view, location look very nice and also the place, you have where to cook too if you need, every day a lady comes and make clean up and give new tawells, the flat was friendly and nice location, in this location at ground you have a Spar Market too.

please try to put something with good smell in appartement and most important outside the appartment near elevator becuase is a strage smell, is only a recomandation, all was ok but this buling need fresh air like a parfume or something and all will be more ok

The whole building is nice and week kept. It is not new (but it looks modern and shimmering!) but it is very clean, the furniture is ok because it is very well maintained. We were on the 7th floor and the view was amazing

Achieved the aim which was to spend some time in and around the capital city

Very clean and roomy apartment which was serviced every 4th day as advertised [seemed to be an issue in previous reviews] Had everything we needed for our stay Plenty of storage space Bus stop and Spar shop in very close proximity

Traffic noise - single glazed windows meant we heard all passing traffic and nightly bin collections at midnight Parking was virtually impossible anywhere near - would not advise anyone to have a hire car - we got lucky and managed to find a single parking space by the nearest park a few minutes from the apartment
