This is the review of two people,who have been coming to Tenerife and to the other Canary Islands for the last 6 years and have NEVER had problems until THIS!Here's the TRUTH and no matter what the property will say,we have PROOFS(photos,videos,audios,sms,complaints to the Police): 1.the apartment is very small,max 50 m2 divided into 5 miniatural spaces;tiny bedrooms 2.the floors BLACK DIRTY,after we washed them 2 times,still dirty,our feet were BLACK+woman's hair of different colors everywhere 3.from day 1we tried to request a closet for the clothes because you only have 5 hangers in one room and 4 hangers in other,instead,the man who represents the rental company YELLED at my wife telling her to SHUT UP,saying HE DOESN'T CARE about our vacation,clothes and about our money! 4.from 5 AM until late in the night dogs BARKING at some houses located in front of the building+ROOSTERS +SHEEPS=noise is UNBEARABLE !! 5.neighbours from above moving,throwing things from 8-9 AM until late in the day!every day! 6.neighbours outside on the stairs yelling,talking very loud,all day long!every day! 7.we couldn't sleep,we tried to discuss to move us in another apartment or to give our money back and let us leave.Any human deserves to have a QUIET,HUMANLY,NORMAL time,day&night! 8.that man THREATENED us through sms that HE'LL KICK US OUT,THROW US OUT,instead of giving us the money back for the remaining nights,over 2000 euro!he wanted to keep ALL THE MONEY!Also,HE TRIED TO TAKE 500 EURO FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT!We saw the transaction in time and the bank blocked it!We called the National Police,they came and discussed with that man- then he agreed to let us leave and after a week we received our money back 10.no shelves in the kitchen,no tools 11.the toilet smelled horrible(urine),even after numerous washes done by us 12.we had to insist to send workers to try to repair the doors,weren't shutting AT ALL+the WIND coming through windows and doors!

The apartment is very noise, you can hear loud voices from all directions. The apartment is already very used, it was clean but you can see that it was made to be fast rented. The bed sheets were old, thin and not very comfortable... We came with a rental car and asked the owner before where we could park and he told us that we can anywhere so we left it in a place not blocking anybody or a garage and it was taken by the police after a neighbor called. We had to pay 80euros to pick it up.

Very nice apartment ir friendly host :) perfect place to stay.

Excellent value for money. Great stove, oven and shower. Large TV and comfortable living room and rooms.

Street parking was very hard to find, but then all of Santa Cruz seems to be quite dense in terms of traffic and parking.

The apartment was clean and for two people, there were enough kitchen facilities. Good shower and comfortable beds.

Parking is dependent on availability on street. We needed to get to La Cuesta easily so location was fine- wouldn't necessarily stay here for easy access to Santa Cruz.

Good location for those who would like explore mountains area and visit La Laguna. Nice apartment with everything you need.
