Todas las habitaciones tenían televisión, muy espacioso y el precio.

Very reasonable clean apartment approx 20 minutes wakl from city centre.
Apartment was on the second floor no lift which was no issue for us three guys walking. One of our party had an issue with a cock {bird] crowing very early. Great value for the money we paid.

Las vistas y el espacio. Cercanía a todo.
Estaba muy sucio. Las toallas olían mal, en el microondas había restos de comida de los clientes anteriores, el suelo estaba pegajoso, las camas olían a polvo.

La parte electrónica de la llave, no es necesario estar quedando con el propietario para acceder.
Precio relativamente económico
Demasiado calor, es cierto que hay ventiladores pero instalar AC no estaría mal.
Muchas cucas, pequeñas y grandes, entiendo que no es totalmente culpa del propietario pues están en el edificio y en la calle pero se terminan colando.
Las camas necesitan un cambio, los colchones están desfondados.
El piso está reformado pero el edificio es muy antiguo, se oye todo, las paredes son muy finas
Habían manchas de líquidos en las paredes de la habitación de otros huéspedes.
Llevamos café pero no tenía cafetera para hacerte un café, solo de cápsulas, pero no habían cápsulas de cortesía.
