Staff were really helpful and kind.
Great location in the city centre.
There is no breakfast included but they do provide free coffee and toasts with jam.
Sadly the rooftop didn’t had many shadow options and the swimming pool inside the hotel is a bit strange.

Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade, possibly more choices other than toast. Coffee was good, some juice would be nice. Great location close to everything we wanted to see.

Excellent location to explore the historic Centro area. Lovely rooftop patio with comfortable chairs. The staff were very professional and friendly. Excellent value.
Coffee in lobby was not very hot.

Location
Very noisy in the hotel rooms. Lots of loud guests. Lack of windows and ventilation, which made the rooms smell moldy and wet. Lack of outlets in rooms.
