La ubicación está perfecta y las instalaciones bien la cama comoda, pero un poco chica nuestra habitación
El Internet fallo demasiado y cuando llegamos estaban terminando un trabajo de remodelación y hacían ruido muy temprano subiendo y bajando unas escaleras de hierro y en la noche cortaban policarbonato que sirvió para separar un área del comedor, otro detalle que no nos gustó fueron las 4 llaves del agua, seguimos las indicaciones y el agua no salía, hicimos varios intentos hasta que logramos que el agua saliera...

Tranquilidad, servicios e instalaciones, me parecieron de primer nivel en términos generales.
Que no tuvieran alguna alberca o algo así, creo que por el costo y a manera de atención seria apropiado.

The property was a unique 400 years old building and the location was excellent.
We read reviews that said how welcoming the staff was. There is no longer any staff there. We were given a code to get into the building and instructions as to how to get into our room. Also, the water pressure was terrible and there was no hot water, only lukewarm. We were able to text the managers when we needed something such as another hand towel or facial tissues and they told us where to find them, but that is not the same as having staff on site.
