The warm welcome tour, the beautiful indoor/outdoor concept, the friendly staff, the decor. It was all awesome.

Very comfortable and nice design and concept, friendly staff as well.
My only suggestion would be more flexibility around check-in times. Given the heat, it's genuinely difficult to spend time outside while waiting to check in.

The place is cured in every single detail. It is lovely. The staff was very nice and gave us a free upgrade of the room. Breakfast was very very good and in a lovely kitchen! Absolutely loved this place

Pros-
• Quirky, boutique hotel
• Rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable
• A warm welcome upon check-in
• A few minutes’ walk from the bus station
• Breakfast was served in their kitchen and made to order from a set menu (fruit and coffee were provided upon sitting down). Additional drinks or food items had additional costs
Cons-
• The location of the hotel is on a desolate, rough and ugly street which felt unsafe to walk on especially when it was dark-it is a strange location for the hotel. It is at least a 15-minute walk to the centre. This ruins the experience of staying in Merida
• When it rained, as there was a large gap under the door, it flooded the floor.
• The bathroom is small and lacked storage space for your bathroom essentials
• We had a room on the terrace facing the street and this could be loud at times
• We had paid for breakfast and as we were going on an excursion early in the morning, we asked if breakfast could be made to takeaway. We were told that this would cost extra for a sandwich and coffee. We were not impressed!
