Comfortable room, nice breakfast and the pool was good for a refreshing dip after being out in the heat.

It is a beautiful and cozy property. It is very well maintained and clean.
The interior design is carefully curated and very interesting. My room was spacious, and when I needed something, the hosts were very amenable.

My father and I stayed at this cute family-run BnB and we had a great time!! Before booking I was worried that it was too far from the downtown, but the location was a short walk to the downtown, close to the ADO bus station, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Juan and his family went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, from delicious home cooked breakfasts, to great recommendations of local restaurants and activities (he knows the best cenotes). The pool was great to relax in, the air conditioning was crisp, and the beds were made every day. We would 100% come back and stay again!!

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We liked the atmosphere of the accommodation. It was a quiet and peaceful place with a nice swimming pool. We also had a delicious and fresh Mexican breakfast.
We had to use the same towels for three days, which was too long for us. There were many mosquitoes in the room. After we checked out there was no one to say goodbye. This felt very impersonal.
