We wanted the suite, very big and comfortable.
Easy secure parking. Restaurant on site. Great location. Staff very nice.
Hard bed. Didn't have hot water sometimes. Problems with our key not working.

Good location, great pool. Nice breakfast restaurant. Good parking area.
Incredibly loud and annoying AC, shower head sprayed everywhere and showers did not feel particularly clean.

Location, comfort …. Easy walk to Montejo or the parks. Convenient Santa Ana taxi service. Has a roof top for City view or lounging . Very nice roof top
Had free WiFi but it didn’t reach my room, next time I’ll ask for a room within its reach . I could get wI fi in hall or lounge areas so it was ok.
