Its location at the harbour in Stonehaven
it seems the room we occupied has some mold due to roof leakage

The location on the harbour-side was lovely. It was easy to get into Stonehaven and we managed to park opposite the hotel while we were staying. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent.
The room was on the small side and was directly above the bar. On our last night the noise from the bar went on until well after midnight which was a bit disappointing.

We had a great stay at the Ship Inn! It’s in an amazing location, with views of the beautiful harbour if you get the right room. While the room and facilities aren’t fancy, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and it’s an overall great value for the money. The shower had great water pressure, and things were overall clean and neat. While the rooms are slightly dated, it added to the rustic appeal of a small village inn.
