Absolument important a lire avant d'aller a cet aparthotel.

Romain ponctuel et efficace. Trop bien Situé . Tres bien chauffé. Tres calme.

Ce n'est pas un hotel. C un Rbnb. Les Escaliers en bois qui montent a la mezzanine sont tres tres tres dangereux !!!! Cote cuisine ; pas d'evier. Pas assez de papier hygiénique! Pour arriver a la chambre, Escaliers trop anciens et Pas pratiques pour les clients avec des problemes de santé et surtout, trop de portes et cles pour arriver a trouver la chambre. Sinon , Romain etait ponctuel et tres efficace.

Perfect location.

The location was perfect. Kettle (can't start my day without tea). Fan. Fridge. Microwave. Clean, basic accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Could have had a comfortable chair in the main room for people wishing to watch TV.

False advertising. Don’t stay.

The location.

We booked this stay based on the photos on the site and we did not get the same room as pictured. False advertising!!!!! Room was way worse/more cramped. No good ventilation, was so hot during 30-35 degree days. It’s so hot in Montpellier and coming back to accomodation is nice for the heat relief. There was no such relief. Floor was so dirty and dusty. No good lighting, felt so dark and depressing. Fridge wasn’t cleared out from last stay and was not cold Window was broken and covered up with plastic.

Okay stay if you're stuck without a place to sleep

The location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants & not too far from Place de la Comédie

The entrance to the rental was in a weird location, there were 4 doors before reaching the room, once through the main door. The room/studio was poorly finished (nails in the ceiling, broken ceramic on the floor). It was dirty (mirror, towel rack was dusty, floors where very dirty, our socks were black after just a few minutes). The towels were air dried and were super rigid and possibly dirty if I'm being honest.

Amazing place for a unique experience

This space feels special, from the climb up the stairs to the lofty ceilings, this is unlike any other stay I’ve had. The location is excellent, the apartment is well equipped, the bed was soooooo comfortable with crisp clean sheets, and being in a pedestrian area the apartment was incredibly quiet. Our greeting and entry to the apartment were on schedule and warm. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment t.

Disgraceful customer service.you took my money and scammed me

I booked this property for my son, who was going on Erasmus in Montpellier. when he got there, he was told that they don’t do accommodation any more, he was left on the side of the street, in a strange country an d no where to stay.

They didn’t deliver on the booking

Great location,down town, the host was very helpfull.

The bath is very small, whithout door. We can,t open the windows , so, no ventilation. No daily light in the room. The furniture was with dust. Old furniture . The stairs for go to the bedroom are too steep, it is dangerous to go down at night

overall I liked it but don’t recommend to anyone who can’t do stairs

location and the building itself. owner/previous owner was very nice

stairs and more stairs. no towels but we were given when we asked. not very good lighting. change of ownership caused some confusion

Very good

The area really in the old Town. Bars and restaurants, coffee shop are just few step away. The owner is really friendly and helpful.

No daily light in the room. Maybe the price could be a bit cheaper..

in summer heat is annoying here

The owner was helpful. Thanks. Location is great. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven. Bathroom was comfortable.

No air conditioning and room was just so hot, fan didn’t help, no wind at all. I didn’t sleep well. No elevator, no place to hang your clothes. Old building.

All-around great experience

The location is fantastic and the host was super nice and helpful. He gave us great tips for food and wine. The place is located in an old building which made the experience even more fun. The studio loft itself was beautifully designed with a modern flair. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Superb

Very well located in the historic part of the city . The apartment was clean and the host very nice and helpful. The place has character of an old building and it really fits the environment. I won’t hesitate to come back .

fantastic place to stay in centre

it’s in an old house with beautiful old steps leading up to the door. The host was welcoming and shown us a map of the area. The room was lovely, it was on 2 levels and very comfortable bed. and sweet bathroom

Very good

Friendly staff who offered to carry up our lugguage, good location and comfortable beds.

Climbing of stairs required, not friendly for people with lugguages or mobility issues. Low ceiling too.

Amazing place to stay

It was a good experience, the host is the sweetest man. He helped me bringing my luggage upstairs and waited for me to check out and help me with my luggage downstairs as well. Also he recommended me a lot of places to visit in Montpellier and even drew a nice map for me and he has a great sense of humor. The place I've stayed was super cute, it had everything in the room. A shower, a double bed, a couch, a closet, a table with chairs, a tv and even a coffee macbine. It's a very nice designer room, he has a really good taste of interior choice.

The only thing was that the bed is shrieking a lot when you move on the bed, but not a real problem. Overall it was a great stay

very good location and very quite and clean room.

location is very centrical and the room was nice and quiet. the bed is big and comfortable.

there is no issue to complain just may be that there is no elevator to go upstairs and was not working free wifi well.

Building was amazing, room was very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. Location is an easy walk from nearby tram and within the centre of the old town.
