Very clean place and very well located.
When I arrived, the receptionist told me there were no rooms available. I checked Booking and saw there were several left, so I had to book through the app. I was charged 35 euros for parking; it was the most expensive parking of my entire trip to Europe.

Actually this hotel is really a +3 star, adjacent to Belaroïa 4 star hotel I guess it is just its economic version. Everything was great there starting from the welcoming and helpful staff up and ending with the comfortable pillows. The room was of a good size with a nice design and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large and had everything in it. The breakfast included into the price of my room was really very good. I did not use the facilities of the adjacent Belaroïa but you have an option for a restaurant with good reviews, spa zone for an extra price of 15 euros and a bar. The location is right in front of the railway station in a very good and quiet quarter.
For a longer stay a small fridge in the room would be helpful. But to explore Montpelier for a longer weekend this hotel is a perfect option.

Great location and reception staff were very helpful. The room was also very clean and quiet even though it was opposite the main train station and tram lines. City center is within a short walking distance. The room was big enough to store my suitcase and walk around comfortably.
It would be nice to have an actual spoon to make tea / coffee instead of a stick. There was no bar fridge, I think this should be standard in every hotel room. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were like a smaller version of a european pillow and not the best to sleep on. While the bathroom was nice and had heaps of storage, there was an awful smell that would not go away.
