Un’esperienza coi fiocchi

E’ un bellissimo hotel, in una buona posizione per l’area commerciale e comunque comodo al centro. Ci hanno dato la camera prima del check in ufficiale ed è stato un vero plus perché eravamo bagnati sotto la pioggia. La camera e il bagno sono molto puliti e con un arredamento moderno. Lo staff è gentile e professionale. L’accesso alla spa e alla piscina compreso nel prezzo della camera è fantastico!

Il prezzo della colazione è troppo alto, non ne abbiamo usufruito

Perfectly located hotel for Montpelier Visit

It is as you'd expect a Corporate style hotel, which was fine for us for our stay in Montpellier. It has a great location, literally next door to a shopping mall and with easy walking distance to all the things you'd want to see in Montpellier. About 15 mins walk to the river where there are lots of bars and restaurants and then in the other direction about 20 mins walk from the aqueduct and arc de triumph (in the old town). Very friendly staff, dog friendly too, which is great. Dog walking area nearby - 2 mins from hotel. Awesome roof top pool, bar and restaurant which was blissfully not crowded and very relaxing. Awesome place to sit and enjoy a cocktail at sunset with all the exotic birds flying around in the tops of the trees next to the hotel. Really good room set up with deep bath (and shower above), Fridge in room and water provided. Really comfy bed and pristine sheets and towels. Great TV. Great parking (valet). As an extra bonus there's a fantastic patisserie right opposite (next to the service station) that is open from 6.30am most mornings.

The lifts were working oddly on the day we were there, lifts supposed to be going down were going up and visa versa. Also, as with most hotels, bit stingy on the tea/coffee facilities.

Superaangenaam verblijf in Montpellier.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede ontvangst en heel behulpzaam. Goede ligging tussen de oude stad en het moderne Montpellier.Goede Wellness en zwembad. Het hotel was heel proper.

Niets, staking van de treinen waardoor we vroeger moesten vertrekken.

accueil, mobilier et confort, la position stratégique, et ne pas avoir à gérer le stationnement de ma voiture : un vrai luxe à Montpellier. Restauration de qualité, rooftop sympathique

La chambre PMR devrait être un peu plus grande, mais les équipements sont satisfaisants

Personnel extremement accueillant et professionnel, vraiment au petit soins avec les clients. Grande chambre très confortable, un magnifique rooftop avec piscine et restaurant et un excellent SPA. Le room service est tres rapide et efficaces et le service voiturier qui va jusqu'a charger votre véhicule , tres appréciable.

pas grand chose a vrai dire le séjour etait parfait, si j'avais une note le restaurant est tres bon mais le choix est limité et relativement onéreux, mais encore une fois le personnel est au top et les repas de qualité donc ce n'est pas un reproche

Funcionários extremamente prestativos, localização Excelente (junto c complexo comercial e gallerias Lafayette), hotel totalmente renovado e decoração de extremo bom gosto

trop cher pour les prestations proposées

L'hotel en soi n'est pas mal.

L'arrivée par le parking n'est pas conviviale. Le petit déjeuner à 28€ est hors de prix. "Même l'express" restreint à café/tartines de confitures est trop cher à 15€ Le curseur de douche était cassé, donc impossible de régler la hauteur du pommeau. Il y avait 2 tables dans la chambre, ce qui est bien, mais qu'une seule chaise, ce qui est ridicule.

Fantastisk hotel med god service

Flot hotel med store værelser og lækker tagterasse med pool. Morgenmaden havde et stort og godt udvalg. Alt personale var virkelig venlige og ekstremt service mindede! Vi rejste med en på 1 år. Ud over baby seng havde de stillet flaskevarmer, pusleunderlag, bamse og et blødt babytæppe frem.

Placeringen var tæt på centrum, men lå lidt kedeligt. Prisen er i den dyre ende

Moderner Einrichtungsstil Die Bar und Rest auf dem Dach schön dekoriert und feines Snackangebot mit extrem feinen Fladenbrot.

Es ist ein grosses eher unpersönliches Haus wegen der grösse amerikanischer 0815 Touch. Eher ein Kongresshotel statt romantik Lage Zentral eher Industrieller Anstrich.

Friendly staff, great rooftop pool with nice views of Montpellier and lots of options for breakfast.

There spa has a warm tub with lots of jets that just blows air. and not a lot of seating. Wish this place had a more traditional hot tub.

5 star feeling and service

Better than expected. For first arrival to Checkout. The service (by Mathias in reception to all the other staff in restaurant), the facility (room and roof terrace etc) and the gym was all great. Loved the fact everyones flexibility, from checkout at 12 to late breakfast. Im quite picky but for me it was a 5 star experience

Excellent quality and good value

Excellent front of house staff with Michael exceptionally welcoming. The beds are super comfy and the deluxe room was luxurious. Really good swim and sauna facilities. Brilliant.

Absolutely wonderful, would love to return one day!

The hotel was fabulous from the very beginning of our stay, when valet parking was offered; nice touch. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the location was perfect; around the corner from all the shops and amenities and only a short walk to the beautiful old part of town.

Nothing, they’ve got it spot on - it felt like a 5-star hotel, not a 4!

Reception team - fantastic So clean and a beautiful hotel, Right in the heart of Montpellier - easy 3-minute walk to the shopping center, see the city, and eat out Brilliant hydro-pool/spa

The very narrow menu in the restaurant. It lacked variety and vegetarian/vegan options. Not enough room for sun loungers around the pool, only slightly reclined pool chairs were available.

This is not Pulman we are used to stay.

Christophe at the reception is extremely arrogant and ignorant. And his breath is unbearable

Nice place in the centre of the cuty

Staff were very polite, approachable and helpful. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well (no noise or other issues from the outside)! Bathroom was sufficiently large (compared to the toilet) and the place felt clean. We could also easily walk to the city centre with a tram stop just next to the hotel. The underground parking with a door leading to the reception was really convienent. Roof top restaurant with a small pool if you are in a mood to not move around.

Personally, I found the toilet was a little small for the price, that said it was seperate from the bathroom, so a plus for hygiene.

Very pleasant stay and we would stay again

Staff were brilliant - in particular Tom at reception who went above and beyond to ensure we were made welcome and had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay at the hotel and in Montpelier. Excellent cleanliness Lovely decor

The en suite toilet was very small. For an older person with replaced joints, it wasn’t easy to get into the bath for a shower, as the bath is deep and nothing to hold on to. A corkscrew as well as the provided bottle opener would be useful!

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

It was very entertaining and the staff were very helpful.

The drainage was very slow (didn’t really work) and it wasn’t so clean. Also, the trash can wasn’t emptied.
