The location of the hotel is great - very easy to walk to centre and lots of restaurants around
The bed was very comfy (though I found the pillow a little too high)
Kettle in room (though have to ask for teabags)
Excellent value for money
The parking is directly off a very busy road, so tricky to negotiate

Excellent location..tram into city centre 3minute walk...hotel room was exceptionally clean..breakfast was fresh & good choices..staff were extremely nice & helpful..

The location is great, centre is walkable, only 15 minutes or so to a central part. But only a 2 min walk to the tram. Ideal.
The staff were very friendly, I couldn’t fault their customer service at the front desk.
We had to switch room as the AC didn’t work. The room we moved to had better Air Conditioning but was still a warm room. We also didn’t get a large towel, for two nights stay, I had to use a hand towel to dry myself, said they had ran out of large towels.
