Literally across from one of the (underground) TGV train stations.
Comfortable beds with two types of pillows (considerate).
Half board with good creative options on the menu for two or three nights stay.
Has a spa with gentle staff who took the time to introduce my family to the spa treatments.
They were discontinuing minibar/fridges in the rooms. They should not be called 4* if they persist with removing fridges from the rooms - this is a warm weather destination and a water tap per floor or fridge at the reception doesn’t replace a fridge in the rooms.
The name and room number are inscribed on the key cards to the rooms and makes guests who lose the card an easy target for burglaries.
Two out of the three cheeses from the desert option on the menu are also served in the breakfast buffet.
The elevator broke down so we had to drag our suitcase down the stairs. This can happen but the elevator didn’t feel robust enough for hotel use.

Very close to the station. Very clean in outside areas. Room nice and big with balcony.
Towels weren't replaced, neither was toilet roll, had to ask for these. Mini bar was hot then eventually became cold. Air Con was hit and miss. The safe locked leaving us unable to get our things out. Another major thing that has never happened in 40 plus years of travelling anywhere.
The staff on checkout were not clear as to whether we had paid or not even though we knew we already had.
