The room was a nice size. A very nice area for breakfast and afternoon tea. The food was very good. The location and staff were excellent.
The hair dryer needs to be replaced. I could only use it on low otherwise it would shut off within seconds. Also wish there had been a safe in the room.

Good location for train station and old town

We were given room 14 on the ground floor. The room appeared perfect. Then at 0300 every morning there was a disturbance outside which transpires to be refuge collection. There were huge waste bins in the road and were emptied at this time. They are close to the hotel and very noisy. I was woken each morning by this noise. It seemed the hotel was not at capacity when we arrived and I feel staying 4 nights out room should not have been in this location.
A small observation is that there is also a street light above the window. The blackout blinds are well made but do not prevent the light entering the room at the sides. This could be overcome with a slight increase in the size of the blinds.
I feel that the first issue is far more of a concern.
