Deux nuitées avec petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, grande salle de bain,
le porte sèche cheveux s'est détaché, tout est tombé, vu à l'accueil, réparé le jour même! le petit déjeuner est médiocre, dès la sortie de l'ascenseur une odeur de graillon nous monte au nez..la jeune fille peu accueillante, je ne trouvais pas de thé nature dans la boîte, je lui ai demandé, elle m'a dit tout est là, genre débrouille toi...j'ai tenté un sachet, il s'avère que c'était nature, j'ai été un peu refroidie...je savais pour le lendemain matin du coup, les produits genre charcuterie de qualité très médiocre,

Le personnel de l’hôtel est accueillant et sympathique

Super emplacement à 2mns de la comédie,
très bel accueil,
un petit déj très fourni ; il y en a pour tous les goûts
parking très accessible et merci pour le temps supplémentaire accordé (pensez à réserver)
il y a le tram juste en dessous, et chambre très bien insonorisé

Très bon accueil, parking privé, emplacement de l'établissement idéal pour visiter la ville , transport tout près, petit déjeuner bien achalandé.
Quelques petites finitions à remettre en état, (mais pas gênant) le loft étant au dernier étage sous le toit le bruit de la vmc est perfectible.

Die Matratze war eine Katastrophe. Frühstück sagt die eine Mitarbeiterin und die zweite sagte um 10:30h Schluss. Wir hatten für das 2. Frühstück und konnte um 10:30 kein Frühstück mehr bedienen. Trotz Bezahlung wurden wir nicht einmal für einen Kaffee zur Kompensation erhalten.

L'espace et le confort dans la suite avec mezzanine. La machine Nespresso avec les capsules. La douche, tres spacieuse. Le parking sécurisé.
Rien, si ce n'est la difficuluté d'accéder à l'hotel à cause des travaux dans le centre de Montpellier, mais ce n'est evidemment pasla faute de l'hotel!

Comfortable, clean with a great shower. Centrally located close to Place de la Comedie and Gare St. Roch. The air conditioning was terrific especially given the 99 degree heat.
It is not that it could have been better but if you are expecting all sorts of toiletries, etc., the room was basic. However clean, comfortable and roomy. My husband loved the bed, it was a bit hard for me.

the location is very good! the personal is quite friendly. It is okay for a drive through but not very comfortable for a longer stay.
the breakfast is not recommended! it is in a very umcomfortable room with a very sticky floor... the dishes were dirty... rather go to a cute restaurant in the city and enjoy your breakfast in an inviting environment!
There are broken parts in the room that are just very practically stick back
together with a tape (e. g. the mirror). Also the soberness was lower than we've expected.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good once I had worked out the orientation of the hotel in relation to the underpass.
My room as a superior double was only just big enough for myself. The room descriptions would not pass trade description rules in UK in my opinion.

This apartment is overpriced for what you get. It is very tired and not maintained. The windows were filthy they did not let in the light. The cups provided did not match and were stained and cracked. The mirror was broken the aparment is not maintained. A dodgy area of town.

it was a 100% value for money accommodation. It is a very clean hotel. We had a nice, quiet and spacious room, with v. good wi-fi and private safe indoor parking, very close to the city centre. The nightshift receptionist is extremely polite and helpful. The owner of the Hotel passed by the premises during our check-in at 11:30pm and gave us good hints on various topics concerning our stay and the city. Thank you Philippe for your great hospitality! Unfortunately it’s not a chain hotel to accommodate us in all other Countries that we visit (we have been working in the tourism sector for 35 years).

The hotel was a 5-minute walk to both the train station and to the historic town. Although a bit small, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There wasn't a view but the beautiful town was close by and the area the hotel in was very quiet. The double windows kept out any noise from nearby construction. Was very pleasantly surprised by this last minute booking!

Windows can be opened which was great, because the room was 25°C when I arrived on 1st of January.
Extremely tiny, room. No space in the drawer to hang up straightly a normal jacket. You need to let the door of the toilet opened to keep your knees straigt.
