Hotel bien placé, et agréable pour une nuit de passage

Personnel très agréable, chambre très propre et petit déjeuner parfait. l’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité d'une zone piétonne vivante. Soirée calme vraiment bien!!

En voiture, pas trop le choix de payer pour se garer...

pas de dépose bagage à l'arrivée il faut se garer dans la rue alors qu'il ya a de la placepour garer une voiture pour pouvoir deposer les bagages.

Cama confortavel, boa localização, equipe do hotel amigável. Café da manhã bem bom.

Apesar de ser proibido fumar dentro de hotéis na França, o quarto que me deram tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Pedi para trocar de quarto e fui atendida. O novo quarto estava bem melhor, porém haviam cabelos no carpete e banheiro deixando em dúvida, novamente, a eficacia da limpeza.

Pleasant but very cramped hotel. Staff are perfect.

Staff are amazing. Bilingual, warm and friendly. Professional. Good shower.

Small rooms, bedside table too small. Emailed to ask about parking. Hotel staff replied that she didn’t know. We replied saying response was very unhelpful. Another member of staff emailed and was extremely informative.

Die Stadt ja, das Hotel nein

Die Lage war sehr gut

Absolut beengtes Zimmer, das auch noch sehr hellhörig war. Fenster über Nacht offen zu lassen hatte das Risiko, dass in das Zimmer eingestiegen werden konnte ( Zimmer 124)

Var bara där 1 dygn men hade verkligen önskat oss 3 dagar minst.

Området var väldigt fint, charmiga gator o många små torg. Vackra kyrkor o memorial museum som var omfattande , snyggt gjort o mkt berörande.det fanns en hel del möjlighet till shopping. Frukosten var generös.

För litet rum, nästan inga möjligheter att hänga upp el placera undan bagaget. Sängborden var små rangliga pallar.

Bon séjour , bon rapport qualité prix .

Petit déjeuner pas mal , mais salle exiguë et service débordé ( ramassage , réassorts des plats manquants , etc )

Le thé en boîte à faire soi même : fausse écologie et pas si hygiénique en plus . Trop de tripatouillage, il vaut mieux rester sur les thés en sachets individuels

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer in Ordnung, FNAC im benachbarten Geschäftszentrum

Die Lage im Zentrum von Caen (neben der Geschäftspassage Doumer, die auch eine sehr gut sortierte FNAC beherbergt), war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück übertraf die Erwartungen an ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel, vor allem der frisch gepresste Orangensaft war ein großes Plus, der Camembert aus der Region vorzüglich und auch sonst alles da, was das Herz begehrt (nur keine Rührei, dafür aber gekochte Eier).

Am Vortag des letzten Tages haben wir zur Fahrt zum Bahnhof ein Taxi über die Hotelrezeption bestellt. Wir dachten, dass es über das Hotel zu einer höheren Verlässlichkeit bei der Pünktlichkeit käme, was aber nicht der Fall war. Das Taxi kam eine Viertelstunde später als vereinbart, jedoch hat sich der Rezeptionist, als sich die Verspätung abzeichnete, sehr bemüht, der Sache nachzugehen. Da wir genügend Zeit eingeplant hatten, war das keine Katastrophe, doch sollte das Hotel darauf achten, mit verlässlichen Taxi-Unternehmen, die Vorbestellungen pünktlich erfüllen, zusammenzuarbeiten.

Small cramped rooms and a poor breakfast

In the city centre so easy access to bars etc. Friendly staff.

Rooms were very small, don't think I've seen smaller in 40 years of traveling. They also don't have Aircon so you need to sleep with the window open. Result the general noise you expect cannot be excluded. That and the heat, even the small noisy fan they offered results in very little sleep. The breakfast was poor, very little available. They did refill as we left but we would have had to wait 30 minutes to get a selection. Mo

Rooms looked new and were very clean. Staff were super friendly.

Breakfast was very good, but there were no eggs. Rooms didn't have air conditioner, which may be a problem if it gets very hot at night. The windows were fairly big, so if it is a cool night the temperature in the room will be OK.

A nice hotel in a great location, with easy access to the cultural centre of Caen.

Room was a little on the small side but as expected and adequate, with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was excellent value and very good. Staff really friendly and helpful.

As mentioned above the room was a little small, but this was anticipated from the comments of others. Everything else was fine.

Pretty much everything, from price to beds, to location.

Our room was close to the elevator and breakfast area so it got a little loud in the morning.
