Good location, friendly staff.
There are 4 floors and no lift - not a deal-breaker, but good to know.

Room was lovely big & airy, the bed was lovely & comfortable. The Bathroom was very clean. Staff were very freindly & all the communal area was loverly & clean
The breakfast was extremely poor...... We expected to receive a 'continental breakfast but just to be given a Coissant & portion of a baguette was very poor

Central for a stop in Caen , very friendly staff , great value , breakfast a bit basic with ham on request and not readily available or accessible , would recommend

The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, the shower is working (well) The TV is working but only channels in french. The location is ok, between the station and the city center, with a walking distance to both. The area feels safe.
The hotel is very ordinary and the room has no fridge. Breakfast is ok, but a lot of white bread.
