Big spacious room. Windows at both ends so you can make cross-wind in the summer :) Everything is just perfect. Nice furniture, good bathroom. Very nice, helpful, attentive host. There is a personal touch to everything. The breakfast is made for you by the host. Parking is free in the nearby undergorund parking lot, which was easy to access both by car and on feet. It's very close to everything in Caen. We enjoyed our stay without any problems at all.

Great 1 night stay. Host was very responsive throughout. Amazing great quality breakfast! Secure car park is a 3 min walk away. On a busy street but the sound proofing was great with the windows shut. Lovely little garden. Walking distance to historical sights. We were on the third floor, no lift so may not suit someone who has difficulty climbing stairs.
