Margret who runs the estate is lovely and did her best to make our stay comfortable.
The property has a LOT of exotic parrots in cages everywhere making a lot of noise all day. Additionally there was a lot of TV noise from the main house and the owner had a shouting match with a worker/partner which was unpleasant. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is not for you.
The photos are misleading and it's not luxurious at all. Overall it's rustic which is fine but people looking to stay should set their expectations correctly. Also there is no shared BBQ area. Also not you need to bring your own milk as tea and coffee is provided but no milk.
If you can book it at a reasonable price go for it. We just felt like it was over priced and like we were intruding on the owners and it doesn't meet the standard of equivalent price range properties we have stayed in.
