This is a beautiful property in a very good location. The room was spacious with great views. Comfortable bed, and nice to have both a bath and shower. The area had no water, and it was great that the property had back up water.
I was very surprised to be informed that the entire balcony to my premium room has been removed and taped off with chevron tape. I was only informed about this on the day, even though the owner knew for a week. I would've appreciated being informed earlier to decide if I want to still stay, No lower rate, refund or different room was offered. Otherwise it would've been a 10 score from me. This also meant the floor was dirty. Better reading lights by the bed will be great, I had to cover it with a towel.

Position, facilities in general.
Heads up for future guests:- lot of steps outside to access rooms. It was raining during our stay. We discovered umbrellas by the front door on our last morning; umbrellas in rooms would be helpful! Leaving instructions say to leave key with reception or in box. Couldn't find a box. Have to use key to open gate to get out. Then to get back in to climb up to reception to find someone to open gate to let us out again. Got very wet (that's when we saw the umbrellas!!). Lower parking got very wet and boggy.
Also, balcony is actually a shared access to other rooms and parking.
