Fantastic staff, lovely clean and comfortable room. Great comfortable beds. I stayed for a relatively long time, as I kept extending. The hotel isn't perfect, but the staff always did their best to solve any issues quickly. Also fantastic value for money. I didn't like the breakfast personally, but the rest of the food from the menu and room service is very high quality and great value for money.
The only issue I found with the hotel is it's quite noisy in the rooms. Some times of day are peaceful, but a lot of families and large groups use the hotel, for conferences etc. The rooms are positioned around common spaces like the pool, events area and these can be very noisy. There was also a lot of construction in the broader area, but that is a general Bali problem and not the hotel's fault.
The downstairs area around reception is also a smoking area where smoking is allowed, so can often not smell very nice to a non smoker and is a bit 'old fashioned' in 2026 where people don't like second hand smoke, but not a major issue.

Breakfast was really good, offering a large selection of food. A lovely hotel overall.
The area has limited tourist attractions.

Waterfall feature indoors was so peaceful and beautiful.
Staff were a bit rude, especially the massage lady. Not many people speak English even tho it’s an international hotel which surprised me. So many items on the menu were unavailable. Breakfast was included but sorry if you’re serving international guests I don’t think Indian curry and fried rice are great options.
