The staff has been really attentive to everything I need and answered all my questions since the beginning. I requested a late check-in but arrived later due to train being late and the Abdelrahman was checking if everything was okay on my end. I checked in without a problem. Location is good, it's close to Abou Tarek if you are interested in trying koshary and it has a very beautiful view from the window. Room was big and I could not hear the noises from outside so I could easily rest. I could even schedule an airport transfer and confirmed the price and pick up time beforehand. Since my flight was late in the evening I was offered to stay in the room for a good price, I sadly declined due to available cash I had but was allowed to stay in the lobby and wait until my transfer arrived.
The room was a bit dusty and a person in one of the rooms closer to mine smoked a lot so these two situations triggered my allergies; but overall my stay was really good.
