Wonderful

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The guy at the front desk who helped us book a tour was really nice. They upgraded us to a family room which was great as it was much larger and there was ample space. The view from the roof top bar was beautiful. Would definitely visit again.

Is nothing about the property. The only problem is the parking. It’s on the road and in the evening I spent more than one hour to find a place to park

The amazing hotel with a swimming pool on the rooftop

The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing. It was the perfect time to spend with the most beautiful view. The room with a sea view and balcony was perfect as well. Views from early morning till late night are unforgettable.

A bit noisy at night time because the hotel is next to the main road. So you should properly close the doors of the balcony.

Nice and convenient hotel in a very practical location

very well located in the most interesting part of the town, nice terrace top with a decent swimming pool. Very good price/value, large room and good general conditions

Bad

The room had a very bad smell of Tobacco , as non smokers we could not sleep in there . The mattress also was in a very bad condition with springs digging into your back . It was a terrible room that did not deserve even a 2 star rating and also they refused to give our money back even though we didn't stay in it and they had no other rooms to allocate to us . Honestly terrible experience

Disappointing

Location really good, close to restaurants and port.

I reserved twin bedroom and made a request for the room to be close, as I was travelling with 2 kids... in short we were placed in different floors and the reception was very rude to us when we tried to explain/change the rooms... Also bathroom not properly clean and it doesnt look like the pictures in website.

Amazing experience

We really enjoyed the whole experience, from the greeting to departure the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We celebrated an anniversary and the team really went above and beyond to make it special for us. The facilities are amazing and spotless clean, from rooms, restaurants and swimming pool. We really recommend it to anyone visiting Zakhyntos Town. Amazing experience, thank you!

The roof top restaurant was lovely with great views and went out of their way to find a candle to celebrate my daughters bday!

Corridor we stayed on smelt of cigarette smoke.

Could be a better stay

Fresh fruits at breakfast. The peak of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool. Great positioning.

The rooms were cleaned only on request and the cleaning was always incomplete (linen was not always changed) Breakfast was the same for 7 days. Extremely dim bathroom light. Some bedbugs were found. We paid for the view of the street but I received a room on the side of the hotel without a view and with an extremely narrow balcony. The reception cannot offer solutions for mosquitoes, you will have to buy from the market. There is no transfer to the airport, the reception will only call a taxi for you. For this high rate and prestige of the hotel, these accommodation conditions are very overrated.

Perfect place to enjoy nice Zakynthos.

I find this hotel really perfect, so already for years I am coming to Strada Marina. Location itself its perfect! everything is close: nice restaurants, shops, train stations for Bohali and Argasi, bus station for places all around the island, its really in the center of the happenings.

I am trying to answer this question every year, but simply I can not find anything that could be improved, since its perfect as it currently is.
