The staff in the Roof Bar were very helpful especially when one of our group hurt her leg. The care was exceptional.
Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. More fruit would have ben nice.
My room had a very small balcony. There wasn't room to stand on it and the bathroom was very dark.

The location was excellent, the staff were brilliant and the little rooftop pool was a bonus. Rooftop bar also brilliant.
Pool could’ve been bigger but given it was a rooftop pool it was really great.

The location is fantastic—just steps from the church, main square, ocean, and port. The women working at the hotel, from reception to housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a warm smile. The rooftop pool/bar is a great addition, but is poorly advertised and could be a great place for a night vibe. It is however quite expensive compared to the other options nearby though.
We were unable to stay in our original room due to a strong sewage/drain smell, which seems to be a recurring issue noted by other guests. While the staff moved us promptly, their lack of surprise suggested this is a common complaint. The bathroom, although modernised, was extremely small, and the room itself felt cramped for two people with luggage and in need of an update. The breakfast area could also use some atmosphere—without music, it’s just the sound of the toaster screeching and an awkward silence, which makes for a rather flat experience.
