Good location, clean room, however AC did not work properly which ruined our stay.

- Good location right by the harbour and short walk to restaurants - Friendly staff - Clean room

- Aircon did not work properly so we barely slept at all. It was a really big room and the AC had no power at all, so the room was around 30 degrees all night - Very noisy until quite late at night

very comfortable and strategic location , around town area also nearby port, just roughly 15mins walking distance if you don’t mind to walk. Friendly and lovely staff. definitely will go back again.

Great room, great staff and great location.

We received a free upgrade to top floor suite with extra large balcony which had an amazing view. The owner and staff treated us extremely well and could not do enough for us. I would also recommend the tour to the shipwreck and the north of the Island.

Waterfront Location; Convenient, Clean And Comfortable Hotel

The Dali Hotel is a very well-located hotel convenient to all the places and main locations of interest in Zakynthos township. Located on the Zakynthos waterfront, there is a great choice of restaurants, shops and cafés immediately available as soon as one steps outside the hotel. It is great value for money, and the proprietors of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room had all of the facilities that I required (especially a small refrigerator!) and was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed my time immensely in Zakynthos. Staying in a comfortable, clean and convenient hotel certainly added greatly to this fact!

Very comfortable stay in a clean room with a great view.

Great location and view from the balcony. Room was big and comfy. The tour to Navagio beach and Blue caves was amazing and the tour guide George was knowlegeable and a great guy.

Breakfast was not the best.

Disappointing

The location near the city port. Helpful and nice team on-site.

There were differences in relation to the described offer. It was supposed to have a restaurant with discounts for guests and la carte breakfasts. We arrived and the restaurant was closed, the breakfast had basic products without anything hot and the dishes were dirty. The restaurant itself was closed for the winter. While the staff was nice, the room itself, especially the bathroom, was dirty. Dirty tiles in the shower, on objects, dirty bed, etc. On the second day the breakfast improved (form of serving it, also something hot) but it was still not what was in the offer. After second day we decided not to stay the third night.

clean and nice hotel to stay

Clean newly renovated. equipped with some kitchenwares and cooking burner. staff very kind and arrange tours. small but cute elevator. ground floor is really nice restaurant. i am really satisfied in everything, quality vs price, staff service. strong recommend this hotel.

Good location and helpful staff.

The location is very good. The staff offered an early check in and later check out , when rooms were available. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We paid and upgraded to a triple room, but was given a double room. The cupboards of the first room we stayed in was filled with hairdryers, kettles etc and felt like we were given a staff room.

Great location. Very nice staff.

Do not spend money on “ honeymoon suite”. It is a regular room. Room could be updated more. Above on 3rd floor is a beautiful room and proper suite.

Excellent location and great view to the sea

+ The staff was nice to us and we received a room upgrade + Our room had a large balcony and the view was more than great + The location is excellent in the heart of Zakinthos town + Bed was comfortable as well as the bathroom

- Could have been cleaner but it was ok - Breakfast was a la cart, not many options but it was tasty - Unlike all the other staff woman who served us at the breakfast was a bit rude

Bad choice. No costumer care.

the only positive point was the location

We had numerous problems with the accommodation. We booked the hotel transfer in advance and they just FORGOTTEN us at the airport. We waited for 1 hour without being able to contact and then managed to get a taxi. We missed the sunset. There was not even an apology or compensation. We also hired an ATV with them for the night. They forgot again and only provided the next day at 11am. We were very harmed in our itinerary by the hotel. The room is very old and the bed is uncomfortable. I do not recommend!!

Excellent hotel with smiley and helpful staff.

Absolutely stunning view from the hotel, if you choose "See view room" option, which I highly recommend. The whole Marina of Zakynthos and the endless Ionian see will be in front of you, with all the small, big and bigger boats and yachts anchoring/anchored at the port. There is a lot of buzz in front of the hotel, so be prepared, if you expected a quieter place. Yet sleeping is not a problem, if you close the balcony and turn on the excellent A/C of the hotel. The location of the hotel is also great - at minutes of distance from the main shopping street and the main town sqaure, where you can enjoy shopping, tasting delicious sea food, or just taking a sip of coffee or a refreshing cocktail. This place has a lot of Italian atmosphere, which is amplified a lot by the italian speech you can hear almost everywhere, due to the fact that many italian tourists visit Zakynthos for their vacation. Otherwise the room was super very clean every day, since the staff performed this service on a daily basis. Absolutely spacious bathroom with all the necessary stuff. Beds are very comfy. Hotel personnel is smiley and helpful. The balcony is perfect with all the necessary fittings to have a romantic evening with a glass of wine/ouzo/beer :) The restaurant below the rooms belongs to the same owner and on your choice from the menu you can have a variety of food and drinks. The portions are big and the food is quite tasty and fresh. Definitely will come back again at Dali.

Parking is a challenge, but having a good strategy you can always find a place nearby. Just need to be patient enough to wait until someone vacates a parking lot. My average waiting time was 5-10 minutes :)

area was beautiful. hotel dirty

close to the front

very mucky. we was outside the office at a5 the wardrobes where full of stationary, doors had splats all over, thick dust along surfaces. microwaves was disgusting. the bathroom tiles where grimy, door handles where just disgusting I took photos of it all. it was shocking. we did however see in a1 and that looks completely different. confusing how nicely it was finished with furniture and the floor ect. breakfast was very limited. we ended up skipping as there was 3 choice. on the last day we did however ask for just fruit which she did give us. disappointed from the photos I saw on booking.

The air conditioning in the harbour front room just didn’t cut it. You shouldn’t need a fan in a €200 per night, air conditioned room. Whilst in a good location, this hotel is overpriced for the amenities it offers.

Good only for short trips

They provided a baby crib and installed it. Good air conditioning and a nice terrace. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

We are a family of three and for us the room was not practical at all. We had a kitchenette, but very limited number & variety of dishes, although there was a shisha underneath the kitchen sink for some reason?! There was no dining table or chairs to eat in the room (a bureau and a chair where present, but you could not sit properly and use it). There was no place to dry our clothes so we asked if they can provide a clothes hanger but we never got a hold of it. There was a cleaning service each day, but it did not seem very thorough: we found dirty pillow casing when we got the room, the towel changes were inconsistent(sometimes we received 2, sometimes 4 towels), the fridge was dirty and very small, the bathroom sink and the bathroom in general were dirty, even after daily cleaning service.
