Welcoming and helpful personnel. A fine room with all the amenities.
Facilities are clean and comfortable; restaurant and swimming pool are fine but, naturally, felt inferior compared to eating with locals in the city and swimming in the sea.
Wonderful location to swim in the sea and walk near the shoreline, with a mall, bank and plenty of restaurants nearby. Lively area, plenty of people and locals with children on the beach.
The area is overall safe, although people of various material well-being are present, with a few children approaching tourists asking for money. The hotel can be reached from the airport by taxi (300-400 MAD) or train going to the port.
The room could benefit from minor local repairments (bathroom ceiling, for example), and, perhaps, trash bags in the bathroom bins. The mosque nearby transmits short prayers via loudspeakers a few times a day; the one at 5 a.m. might be rather disruptive when sleeping with open windows.
Adding a password to Wi-Fi is a basic security recommendation. Sorting and recycling waste (water bottles in particular) and only changing towels placed on the floor could be environmentally helpful. Changing booths could be useful at the swimming pool, not to have to go inside in wet clothes.
Trash is occasionally present on the beach and in water, no surveillance nor showers, nor changing booths. Water can feel rather cold.
The city center is positioned rather remotely. Walking there implies jumping through cars on the road (terrible trafic, unsafe for everyone, pedestrians not at all respected) and passing through visibly impoverished neighborhoods. Taxis are available but can drive just as unsafely. Traveling by tram is rather comfortable but the nearest stop is some 20-30 minutes from the hotel. Buses are available but comfort may vary.

Spacious and clean apartment
Comfortable beds
Location was really good specially it is walking distance to Anfaplace mall
Direct access to public beach
Breakfast bakeries were delicious
Availability of covered basement parking with security
I felt secure in the place
Staff were friendly and helping especially at the guest service desk
Every room has a tv with different channels which makes it easy for families with different intrests to watch and enjoy
Kitchen was poorly equiped no cups or cutlery was available
Pool was small and unfortunately not adult one so twice small kids did accident in pool which forced us and other families to leave
Towels for pool is available on 4th floor while pool is on zero floor which I find it not convenient
Coffee machine was broken one morning and most of the guests were left without coffee for breakfast
A bit far from airport about 40 minutes driving
