The hotel is in a good position to explore the old town. As a solo traveller I went for single room which was not big and had a view into the middle of the hotel which looked like everyone had used as an ashtray from their windows.
Not the best hotel but cheap and cheerful. I checked out after after two days of my weeks reservation as I wasn’t the type of place you would want to stay for any longer than a couple of nights passing through.
No refreshment facilities in the room. Shower leaked all over the floor when in use so floor was more like a swimming pool. Sun terrace was very nice but needed some tlc - very unkept! Breakfast in the basement - which they could quite easily move to the sun terrace and give guests a nicer view.

I booked this property as an airport hotel, it’s about 15 minutes away from the Florence airport. I stayed in a single room, it was very functional and well laid out. The bathroom was small, but no problem there. The AC worked well, they have a limited number of English language TV channels; mostly news channels. This is a great value hotel. Clean and safe. The manager recommended a local restaurant just steps away from the hotel. What a fabulous meal I had, for about $50 or so - a great last meal to close my adventure in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel. One more note, when I did have an issue, management responded very quickly.

The staff was very friendly, the location is very good
The single room was extremely small for the price. The sheets and towels were clean, but the room in general didn't feel that much clean. There was a strange odor in general, and a lot of dusty places
