From the time you arrive at the security gate, the service starts. Fantastic and friendly staff. This is paradise. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The only down side was only one restaurant was open whilst the other two were being renovated, therefore there were limited options for food and we were unable to experience the main restaurant and the spectacular views.

Staff are very nice but there is a lack of attention to detail you’d expect of a 5* hotel - it’s expensive - $2,000 a night - but distinctly average in delivery - interesting Fairmont had a guy down from Canada whilst we were there with a brief to sort it out - I’ve had great experience of Fairmont across many of their locations but this one is not worth it on current performance
